Shipping Policy

Upspring ships to the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico using FedEx and USPS. Services offered are FedEx Ground, Standard Overnight, 2-Day Air and USPS Priority Mail. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless you have selected Free Shipping (which is currently offered with orders of $40 or more in the US). 

Shipping to Canada is available using FedEx Ground and air services only and typically takes 7-10 business days. We ship FedEx International Priority, Economy and Ground. However, Ground shipment transit time depends on the location and can take anywhere from 5 to 11 business days. Delivery dates for Canadian Ground shipments are estimates and not guaranteed. Customer is responsible for any duty, taxes or other related international shipping charges.


    • Orders placed after 10am CT on weekdays will be processed the following business day in most cases. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business dayAll shipping time quotes are estimated by the carrier that the customer has chosen. Upspring is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx or USPS or if the shipping window does not meet carrier quoted estimated arrival times. FedEx overnight and 2-Day shipping for any order placed on Thursday after 10am CT will not deliver until the following Monday in most cases.
    • Shipping costs for orders with MyUpspring.com depend upon the method you choose and your order total. If you order multiple items, which due to stock conditions cannot be shipped together, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone. You will be asked how you would like your order to be handled (e.g. ship when all items are in stock, ship as the items become available, or ship items in stock and cancel the balance for the rest). If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
    • Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, or incomplete, information given to Upspring at time of purchase will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
    • Upspring ships product to end customers only in the United States & Canada. Freight Forward accounts are excluded from receipts. Orders received to or from Freight Forward accounts will be cancelled and funds returned.
